Terms and conditions for purchasing services at Fjordium Performance Institute.

The parties

The seller is Fjordium Performance Instiute, Krånavegen 5, 6823 Sandane, post@fjordium.no , org no. 929 577 213 and is hereinafter referred to as the seller/seller.

The buyer is the consumer who makes the order, and is referred to in the following as the buyer/buyer.

Payment

Payment must be made when ordering/booking and prior to training or testing. Payment is made via vipps when the buyer orders/books an appointment on the website fjordium.no.

When ordering training/testing for larger groups, the buyer contacts by email to post@fjordium.no

Cancellation terms

CANCELLATIONS DUE TO COVID-19:

We are flexible with cancellation/rebooking as a result of restrictions, illness/symptoms or quarantine. Please contact us if this is the case.


Usual booking conditions:

Up to 2 weeks before: free cancellation and rebooking
2 weeks up to 24 hours before: 50% refund
Less than 24 hours before: no refund

In the event of illness or injury, get in touch and we will find a solution with rebooking.

 

Any rebooking or cancellation is made directly to the seller via e-mail or telephone.

Right of withdrawal

Electronic goods/services are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Complaints to the seller should be made in writing.

Complain directly to the seller within a reasonable time. The parties shall attempt to resolve any disputes amicably. If this is not successful, the buyer can contact the Consumer Council for mediation. Forbrukerrådet er tilgjengelig på telefon 23  400  500  eller  www.forbrukerradet.no .

The European Commission's complaints portal can and should be used if you wish to make a complaint. It is particularly relevant if you are a consumer living in another EU country.
